Szevasztok!
Egy intensa nevet kapó konfigurációval kapcsolatban kérnék segítséget.
Alapvetően windows problémával hozták hozzám. Nem tudták megmondani mit, de valamit telepítettek, ami mindent exe kiterjesztést a windows media playerhez társított. Ebből a helyzetből semmilyen módon nem tudtam elmozdítani. Gondolták, ha már újra kell telepíteni op.rendszert, hoztak egy win7 telepítőt. A win7 32bites verziójával teljesen kompatibilis a gép. (Advisor szerint) Csak, hogy három probléma is felmerült.

Ez a legbosszantóbb
A gép: Foxconn 45CM-K alap, Intel pentium dual core E1800, 2Gb DDR2 667, Ati radeon HD 4300
Az alaplapnak integrált videója is van. A helyzet ugyan ez ezzel is.
Mondjuk azt kétlem, hogy az ati kártya a konfiguráció része volt.
Egyelőre ennyit tudok.

Foxconn RS690M03-8EKRFS2H
A fenti alaplappal van a probléma, bekapcsolás után a ventik pörögnek, de képet nem ad. 2db ilyen alaplapom van és mind a kettő ugyan azt a hibát produkálja. Feltételezem, hogy mind a kettőnél ugyan az a hibaforrás.
Valaki tudna segíteni, merre hogyan induljak el? Illetve volt-e ilyen alaplappal gondja. Acer konfigban voltak ezek a lapok.
