Уже 3 года имею на вооружении адаптер ELM327.
В связке со смартфоном на Андроиде я уже много раз на различных машинах считывал коды ошибок, стирал их и проводил элементарную диагностику с выявлением сбоев в работе автомобилей своих друзей и знакомых.
Программа, которую использую на смартфоне — Torque Pro.
Она удобная, регулярно обновляется производителем и поддерживает множество машин, правда, с условием установки дополнительных специфических плагинов.
Для Мазды использовал плагин MazdaSpeed.
Для Митсубиши использую MUT Plugin 1.1
И программу и все плагины покупаю в магазине Google Play.
Не шибко дорого.
Все бы не плохо, но стандартный Torque Pro не умеет запускать программу обучения малому впрыску, что на дизельном Паджеро рекомендовано делать каждое ТО. Дилер проводит эту операцию, занимает она не много времени и вроде как вводит поправки в работу топливных форсунок, делая работу двигателя более экономичной и стабильной. Что понравилось: Благодарность автору высказал на форуме, но не поленюсь и здесь сказать ему ОГРОМНОЕ СПАСИБО!
В инструкции по эксплуатации машины даже написано, что автомобиль сам может запустить режим обучения, но при соблюдении ряда условий и я лично ни разу не сталкивался с тем, что этот процесс запустился автоматом.
В прошлом году я обращался на СТО, имеющее сканер MUT III, и они мне проводили обучение малому впрыску, но обошлось мне это в 1200 руб. Не гуманно.
На форуме pajero4x4.ru/ читаю массу веток, в том числе и ветку, посвященную работе с адаптером ELM 327.
Недавно в этой ветке появился питерский энтузиаст с ником cintakc, который предложил собственную програмулину для Андроида, позволяющую запустить обучение малому впрыску дизельного двигателя Паджеро и Паджеро-Спорт.
Было несколько релизов, каждый из которых я пытался тестировать, но на моем телефоне с Андроидом 6 были глюки и мне никак не удавалось сконнектиться и провести обучение.
И вот вчера cintakc создал новую версию своего творения, которую любезно предложил протестировать. Результат меня порадовал!
Программа Learn 4D56 a6.0 v1.0.2. корректно установилась, сконнектилась с моим адаптером ELM327 и успешно провела обучение малому впрыску.
1. Программа позволяет считать ошибки двигателя (у меня их не было, но я проверил этот функционал).
2. Провести запуск обучения малому впрыску (при этом на экране виден процесс — меняются обороты холостого хода и идет мониторинг температуры двигателя и коробки)
3. Программа бесплатна.
Я реально доволен результатом. Теперь исчез еще один повод платить деньги официальному дилеру и проводить операцию по обучению форсунок с необходимой периодичностью без дополнительных затрат.

SMALL INJECTION QUANTITY LEARNING PROCEDURE <4D5, 4M4>

PURPOSE
To keep emission and noise level at adequate levels, the engine-ECU must learn injector fuel injection in idle mode.
During learning, the engine-ECU calculates actual injection from each cylinder based on changes in engine speeds and corrects pilot injection control. It then keeps records of this amount of correction as a learned value.
For this reason, after the engine-ECU or injector is replaced, learning must be executed using the M.U.T.-III.
note Engine friction changes or injector deterioration over time may cause fluctuation in pilot injection. After use over time, it may prevent injection of an accurate amount of fuel according to the indication by the engine-ECU. This is why learning must be executed again periodically.
For this reason, the engine-ECU periodically leans injection according to the cumulative mileage.
Note that making the M.U.T.-III learn again resets the cumulative mileage.
note The engine sound may change or idling engine speeds may increase during injection learning. These are not abnormalities.

LEARNING PROCEDURE
1.After the ignition switch is in «LOCK» (OFF) position, connect the M.U.T.-III to the diagnosis connector.
2.Put the vehicle in the following idling stable conditions:
Engine coolant temperature: 80 — 90°C
Fuel temperature: 30 — 100°C
Intake air temperature: -30 to 100°C
Barometric pressure: 70 kPa or more
Automatic transmission fluid temperature: 60°C or higher
Lamps, A/C condenser fan and all accessories: OFF
Transmission: Neutral <M/T> or «P» range <A/T>
Power steering: Static state
3.Select » SPECIAL FUNCTION» from the function menu.
4.Select «Learning» from the SPECIAL FUNCTION menu.
5.Select SMALL INJECTION QUANTITY LEARNING from the SPECIAL FUNCTION menu to execute learning.
caution
If the vehicle conditions go out of the learning conditions during idling, learning is interrupted.
To reexecute learning, the ignition switch must once be turned off.
6.Continue idling for about 3 minutes before learning is completed.
7.Confirm that the engine warning lamp is off. If it still blinks, reexecute learning.

Мои наблюдения такие:
если приехать в место назначения и заранее, перед переводом селектора передач в режим паркинга, выключить ближний свет, выключить кондиционер (вернее вообще выключить климат — поставить в OFF) и чтобы не работало радио, вообщем если будут все потребители выключены то...
после перевода селектора передач в «P» секунд через 15 нагрузка на двигатель на слух увеличивается, возможно при этом немного возрастают обороты и машина на холостом ходу входит в процедуру самобучения! Продолжается измененный звук работы двигателя примерно секунд 15 либо 30 либо 60 — всякий раз по разному!
Коробка передач должна показывать напряжение не более 2 вольт — обязательное условие.
А наш ОД процедуру обучения впрыску не проводит — нет у них такой услуги! Я уже узнавал. Да и зачем теперь он нам 
Заметил этот факт случайно. Просто было открыто окно — иначе бы не услышал вообще! Сперва подумал что кондиционер выключить забыл — такой же звук, как при включении муфты кондиционера — но нет это был звук режима самообучения!
Upd.
Кстати, одно из условий выполнения самообучения это
Engine coolant temperature: 80 — 90°C
У меня постоянно 88 градусов. На трассе при 180-ти тоже 88-87!
Может, те у кого температура за 90 и не проходят такой режим, при остановке на хх, а CoolBDW?

А подробностей немного.
Заходим в моторник, small injection quantity learning. Нажимаем запуситить и ждём минут 7. ДВС изменяет звук работы и обороты. Когда закончит — можно глушить.
Зачем и для чего и когда:
По регламенту на этих машинах, обучение малому впрыску надо делать каждые 20000км, или раз в год. Это никто не делает, официалы на это забивают.
Поэтому с течением времени, точность впрыска уходит. Попадались вообще новые машины, которые страшно тупили в стоке и простая адаптация помогала им обрести должную динамику в том же стоке, без тюнинга.
Видимо с завода должным образом не прописали форсунки.
При тюнинге, получается плюс-минус, эффект разбега иногда мало заметен. А иногда бывает приедут на одинаковых машинах, одна после тюнинга коптит, другая не так едет, у одного жрёт, у второго экономит. 
Адаптация позволяет это свести до минимума, добиться ожидаемого эффекта, который был достигнут раннее, на исправных машинах.
ps.
Япошки по регламенту требуют, после обновлений МУТ-3, обязательно проводить обучение малому впрыску.

Новые форсунки прописываются по одной причине — т.к. при изготовлении одинаковых форсунок не получается, праметры чуть разнятся, то в коде форсунки эти параметры зашиты, их загоняют в мозг и он учитывает разброс каждой. Возможно, есть функции самообучения по датчикам давления, и идет подстройка, но тут сказать ничего не могу, в идеале, при замене форсунку нужно прописать. Но ехать должно и так. Что по Hilux — раздатка от Prado 120 и у тебя FullTime. Ценник на все-про все около 25 тр, + загоняешь НОВУЮ родную раздатку и выходишь в ноль. Родные карданы подходят, но есть разница по длине, если карданы менять ну чуть больше затрат. |

Присадки покупаются за валюту, а они дорогие — экономят «НПЗ алигархи» . Маслица моторного 100 гр на бак и мотор шептать будет. По поводу контролера двигателя (ЭБУ) зачем забивайте народу мозг . Проехал 409 000км без «научного образования форсунок» и тем более замены их и разных клапанов топливных . Могу погонятся на 400м с любым «учителем форсунок» . Хотел бы посмотреть как на учительских машинках динамика Какая нафиг полемика, ты сам с собой разговариваешь, задаешь вопросы и делаешь выводы. |

Извините . Ну я ни кого с дебилами мэрами не сравнивал . Переучить можно контролер только стерев существующую память . Иначе программу не скорректировать . На 5-10 запуске все вернется . Предварительный впрыск может быть один или два на особо продвинутых моторчиках . По поводу работы форсунок . Форсунка это клапан постоянно находится под давлением (давление одно во всех форсунках и в рампе ) игла — открывается давлением топлива электромагнит служит роль замка . Игла может зависать не перекрывать седло распылителя или подклинивать не открывать полностью канал или электромагнит срабатывает с отклонениями . По времени плюс +++ по проводочкам подается от ЭБУ ко всем форсункам одинаково . ЭБУ не выбирает сколько времени на открытие каждой форсунки надо в отдельности !!!!!!!. Посмотрите эл. схему контролера . А так как форсунки могут быть разных производителей или с разным износом или с разным ремонтом , то двигатель будет работать не равномерно . Показания датчика давления топлива в рампе будут скакать . И т.д. и т.п. Что бы теоретически подать на каждый цилиндр разное количество топлива нужно на каждый цилиндр дополнительно установить датчик давления на процесс горения . С новыми форсами бывают чудеса . Поэтому прежде чем ставить на место их проверяют на стенде , новая форсунка без топлива пока заполнится и выйдет воздух полностью в обратку тогда только заведется , бывает час не заводится естественно чек горит . Давление выравнивается и при втором третьем запуске чек тухнет . Бывает везет . Камонрейл задолбал на мелких машинках , а сейчас ставят моторчики «экономные» на экскаваторы , большие грузовики и прочее . Проблем много . |

Не знаю от куда ты че берешь но похоже из головы. Форсунки управляются индивидуально. Блок управления знает каждую форсунку т.к ее ID занесен в него и этот ID является уникальной характеристикой форсунки. То что ты меняешь форсы местами и мотор после этого как то работает еще ни о чем не говорит. Обучение форсунок- это дополнительная коррекция на износ форсунки. Во время процедуры обучения эбу двигателя добивается равномерной работы каждого цилиндра при разных давлениях топлива и ему нихуя не надо ни каких датчиков дополнительных для этого, он определяет по угловым перемещениям коленвала. Прекрати писать то о чем понятия не имеешь, ты просто путаешь людей и все. |

Пацаны вы такими умными фразами оперируете,что я ничего не понимаю.Скажите просто на пальцах так сказать,что ?почему форсунки эти надо через каждые 10т.км.переобучать.Или может я сам не тачто делаю,может крутить надо дизелек или не надо.Я не гонщик езжу по городу 50-60,трасса-80 на обгоне 100.Соответственно обороты 2500макс.На трассе при обгоне в городе 1500-2000.Просто я уже не знаю…в ж…у этот дизель)))).Обещают Форд на бензине нам в конце 2016.Если опять санкции не помешают)))не задумываясь поменяю.Хотя у Форда вроде и дизель не Каммон рейл. |

Привет всем . В ЭБУ программа диагностики зашита , он сам определяет что хорошо а что плохо . У меня сейчас в эксполуатации 4 дизелька CR . На одной Эльке 409650 км на другой рабочей Эльке 296700 км на Джипе Чероке 210 500 км На Вольво XS90 54 000км и ни на одной машинке не учили ни чего и топливную не ремонтировали кроме как на первой на новую привез с Италии в 2008 году ( там на нашей базе электронику ремонтируют для всех диллеров сами ездят на Эльках ) , я тоже купил по одной из причин корпоративной солидарности ) контролер и форсунки под увеличенный крутящий момент мне их в сервисе заменили . Контролер родной оставил на продажу в сервисе а форсунки продали куда то в регион . Сам ставил новые форсунки на чужие машинки . Серж ставил на свою эльку форсы я ему новые отправлял . На Джипе менял местами раз пять форсунки , чтобы определить точно зависающую . Мотор работает как и раньше а форсунки с отклонениями в другом месте фальшивят . Но это по мелочи . Я работаю директором по сервису от одной Американской компании продаем технику строительную . Нас иногда учат раз в год . Рекомендаций по дополнительным операциям с контролером после установки форсунок не дали хотя к эбу можно подключится только через наш кабель 750$ стоит . Последний раз вопрос задавал в июне этого года . Есть бумажные носители есть учебный материал на видео к сожалению большой объем . Могу показать . Глубокоуважаемые ДАЙТЕ БУМАГУ с рекомендациями от производителя авто ( но только не дилерскую филькину грамоту) о проведении подобных работ . У меня есть рекомендации от производителя на английском и русском языках . Программируют контролеры на заводе в США наши русские хлопцы . Кто хочет КОНЕЧНО УЧИТЕ !!!!! Может мозгов прибавится . |

Большенство сервисмэнов считают прописывать форсунки надо здесь я тоже так считаю.Но как ты ищещ неисправную форсунку переставляя их местами,какая то ерунда.Есть два способа найти неисправную форсунку.1 снять все форсунки и отдать их на стэнд.2 найти неисправную форсунку,глушишь по одной подачу топлива на форсунку икрутишь стартером,когда заглушишь неисправную форсунку двигатель заведётся и будет работать правда не совсем коректно и в аварийном режиме.Второй способ для того ,чтобы не снимать все форсунки,а заменить только нерабочую.Дальше снимаем ошибку и прописываем.И будет счастье |

У меня элька вообще не газует. Не слушается газа. Максимум — до 1200rpm. Форсунки прописаны (родные, но их вынимали и вставляли как попало). После прописки Лаунчем Х431 заморгал чек. Понятно, что нужно обучить задающий диск. Но как это сделать, если машина мало того, что дымит страшно белым дымом, ещё и не слушается газа? Замкнутый круг какой-то… Понимаю, что опоздал маленько, но вопрос аккурат в тему. Может кто-то ещё её читает? |

На мицу пробег 467т.км . Форсунки ни когда не снимал даже когда менял и притирал клапана . Но на ДЖИПЕ 2,8 CD 260 т.км снимал менял местами и менял по одной . Вот нет проблем . Даже если форсунка фальшивит . Прослушивается элементарно . Форсунку или форсунки слышно стробоскопом на всех режимах . ЭБУ вернет настройки после корректировки предварительного впрыска по умолчанию. Только чиповка может поменять параметры . Белый — светлый дым говорит о том что топливо не сгорело . Какая то форсунка льет . Нужно менять форсунку или форсунки . Болезней у форсунок очень много , но к сожалению все без исключения из — за нарушения правил эксплуатации . Или проще надо за топливом смотреть парни и двигатель будет «мягко » работать . |

Кстати после замены и прописывания форсунок(Как форсунки прописал это вапще еврейская история), для обучения малому впрыску воспользовался программой Learn4d56. Все что нужно это сделать показатели которые подсвечиваются зелеными и машина начинает обучаться. Подсвечивается температура коробки, двигателя и антифриза. И кнопка обучение малому впрыску становится активной и машинка начинает обучаться…..Самолет короче., еще там есть проверка утечки топлива машина начинает на одном уровне держать обороты(давление в рампе), и видно скокнет или нет. Всем советую, програмка супер работает с телефона скачивать только приходится с форума пикапа. |

Есть вопрос. Купил адаптер EML, но тупанул малёха, взял подешевле, с USB хвостом вместо Bluetooth. Дак вот — получится ли запустить Learn 4D56 с нетбука, через эмулятор Андроида, подключив адаптер к нетбуку через USB, а не через Блютуз? |
