Wiring instruction:
1. Connect L and N to the power supply of AC220V/50HZ; AC110V/60HZ; L is Live wire, N is
Neutral wire, and PE is grounding wire.
2. Connect LAMP to caution light; voltage: AC220V/50HZ; AC110V/60HZ.
3. Connect the motor wire MOT2 to the REV motor wire, connect MOT1 to the FWD motor wire,
and connect MOTCOM to the motor common wire.
4. Connect MOTCAP to the capacitor wire.

Начал глючить привод PY600AC откатных воротДобрый день, форумчане. Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться. Год назад установил откатные ворота с приводом PY600AC. Фото привода и его платы прилагаю. Зимой привод отработал без проблем и нареканий. С наступлением тепла начались проблемы. При открывании или закрывании ворота могут остановиться и при повторном нажатии на пульт никак не реагируют. Приходится их разблокировать и закрывать или открывать в ручную. Ворота ходят легко, никак преград для движения нет. Фотоэлементы проверил, дело не в них. Закономерности в пройденном расстоянии до остановки при открытии и закрытии нет. Но обратил внимания, проблема возникает в большинстве случаев днем, когда на привод попадают прямые солнечные лучи. Утром и вечером работает вроде без проблем… Где искать причину?

А что вы хотели от дешевого китайца? Проблема, которую вы описали, имеет место быть и именно от нагрева, следовательно если вы уверены в исправности фотоэлементов, то остается только не допускать нагрева платы/привода. Например принудительное охлаждение кулером, включаемым с помощью термореле.

делали по инструкции если второй оригинал записать то первого сбрасывает, а аналога не хочет записать…

Доставка в Испанию была очень быстрой (14 дней). Но, к сожалению, PCB прибыл сломанный. Система включается только при нажатии на трансформатор. После нескольких измерений было обнаружено, что один из PCB треков от трансформатора до Диодов Выпрямителя имеет проблему, которая подключается только при сгибании платы. Хотя об этом было сообщено Aliexpress, решение не было возвращено Aliexpress. Таким образом, у поставщика есть большие проблемы с качеством, и Aliexpress поддерживает его, не реагируя на загруженные доказательства. В Европе это называется обман.
